I'm so excited to be participating in the San Diego Humane Society's Walk for Animals on Saturday, May 4, 2024

While I'm walking in support of animals who don't have families of their own, that doesn't mean they're alone. They have me, you and an entire community working together to give them a second chance. 

I wanted to start with answering the vquestion below.

"Why am I participating in the 

San Diego Animal Walk?"

Many of you know how much I LOVE ANIMALS.  I am constantly in awe of their intelligence, loyalty and their natural ability to show "UNCONDITIONAL LOVE".

When I was a child, I was lucky enough to have dogs, cats, horses, ducks, bunnies, and many goldfish.   

I CAN’T IMAGINE MY LIFE WITHOUT ANIMALS!

As an adult, my love and admiration for animals has grown to the 

MOON AND BACK. 

One of my favorite animal quotes is below and it is SO TRUE!

“Our perfect companions never have fewer than four feet.” "The purity of a person's heart can be quickly measured by how they regard animals." "Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawaken." "The love for all living creatures is the most noble attribute of human beings.”

Now I want to pay tribute to all the animals that need help, especially since they have no voice and they are SO many that need our help.  Every dollar I raise for the Walk for Animals will help shelter and care for homeless pets, protect animals from cruelty and neglect, give injured and orphaned wildlife a place to recover and thrive and so much more.
