Join me in supporting the Walk for Animals!
Aramingo is still inspiring me! I decided to be involved in the San Diego Humane Society’s Walk For Animals, for the second year, since Aramingo crossed the Rainbow Bridge. He would have been18 this coming April 14th. I will be walking to honor my Aramingo and to help raise funds for other animals in need. Please read a little of Aramingo's story below and about how San Diego Humane Society helps animals.
Many of you might know that Aramingo passed over the Rainbow Bridge on November 4, 2020. My walk for this fundraiser is in Aramingo’s memory. Aramingo and I had a lot of walks, hikes, rock climbs, travel adventures, love and laughs over his 16 years and 7 months on this earth. He is still greatly missed. San Diego Humane Society has helped me with my grieving, through their virtual pet loss support group.
Aramingo’s mother was rescued when she was pregnant with him and his brothers. Because of that rescue they were all able to live long, happy, loved lives. Such great blessings for those of us who had that time to love them. This is a great opportunity to help other animals have happy lives, like Aramingo.
The actual Walk is May 7th, but like last year, I will be walking on Aramingo's birthday, April 14th, walking Aramingo’s favorite routes or parks in San Diego. Even though there is a projected goal, please don’t hesitate to contribute beyond that goal if it is met. You do not have to wait until April or May to donate. You can donate today or any day and any amount. No amount is too small.
Thank you for your support!
Please consider supporting me, the animals and Aramingo's memory by making a donation.
