Request for Financial Assistance for Vet Care

A completed application does not guarantee funding but is required for consideration. Funding for assistance with veterinary care is limited and does not cover routine services such as vaccinations, wellness exams, dentals or services that have already been completed or paid for. If your pet is in an emergency situation where a delay will put their life at risk, it is your responsibility to seek critical care for your pet immediately.

All applicants must be on a fixed/limited income prior to submitting an application. Proof is required at the time of submitting this application.

All applications must be approved by San Diego Humane Society before services and/or supplies are rendered. Support is provided solely based on available funding for services. Requests may take up to two business days to process.

We also recommend reaching out to additional organizations for support.
